On purchasing the property two years prior, the new owners were keen to make use of the vast space in their lower ground floor, which was very bland - grey tiled floors, white walls and too many spotlights throughout the entire space.

The brief included a new staircase from the ground floor, a Family Room/Playroom, a new Bathroom with laundry facilities and a multipurpose Garden Room which was to house a Home Office, occassional Bedroom and a home Gym.

The project took 9 months to complete all the build work but over a year from Concept to Completion.

Works included but are not limited to: Design of staircase. Joinery design throughout. Full re-design of lighing. Bathroom Design. FF&E Design. New flooring throughout. Design of bespoke internal crittal doors, and window. Design of bespoke French Doors.
